(“Pactle,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates a business-to-business software-as-a-service platform providing CRM, workflow automation, and omnichannel business communication tools. • Account and registration data: your name, email address, company name, phone number, and billing information when you create an account or subscribe to the Services.
• Customer and workflow data: data, documents, contacts, and communications that you upload, sync, or manage through the Services (“Customer Data”). You retain your rights and ownership in Customer Data.
• Automatically collected information: technical data such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, and usage patterns, which helps us operate, secure, and improve the Services.

3. Third-Party Integrations and API Data

The Services may let you connect third-party applications, including email providers and messaging networks, to centralize your business workflows.

Google Workspace API Data Usage

If you connect a Google account, Pactle may request Gmail read and send permissions, including gmail.readonly and gmail.send. We use this access only to provide the CRM and automation features you choose to use, such as syncing business correspondence, creating CRM records, and sending workflow documents and communications from the platform.

• Pactle's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
• Data Sharing, Advertising, and AI/ML Prohibition: We do not use your Google Workspace data for targeted advertising or marketing purposes. Furthermore, raw and aggregated/anonymized Google Workspace data is never used to develop, improve, or train generalized AI/ML models, and is never transferred to third-party services that use that data to train their AI/ML models.
• You can disconnect your Google account through Pactle settings or your Google Security settings. Once disconnected, Pactle will no longer access that account.

Meta and WhatsApp Business Integrations

If you use our WhatsApp features, we process communications and business assets in accordance with Meta's developer policies.

• We request WhatsApp Business messaging and management permissions, including whatsapp_business_messaging and whatsapp_business_management, to enable your team to send and receive messages, transmit workflow documents, trigger automated notifications, and manage WhatsApp business assets from the Services.
• We access and manage WhatsApp Business Accounts only when a customer has expressly authorized Pactle on behalf of its business through Meta's Embedded Signup flow.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Services.
• Process transactions and send related administrative information.
• Facilitate authorized omnichannel communications on your behalf.
• Improve, personalize, and expand platform features.
• Monitor and analyze usage and trends to enhance the user experience.
• Prevent fraud and protect the security of our systems.

5. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell personal information. We may share information only in the following limited circumstances:

• Service providers: trusted hosting, infrastructure, and other service providers that perform technical services for us and are subject to data-processing and confidentiality obligations.
• Legal obligations: where required to comply with applicable law, a governmental request, judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process.
• Business transfers: in connection with, or during negotiations of, a merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or part of our business.
